A 80 y paralytic patient who is bedridden for many months presented with recurrent Febrile urinary tract infection. On complete evaluation he is diagnosed to have prostate as the source of infection. The infection was caused by multidrug resistant organisms which was impossible to treat with antibiotics alone. He was planned for Thulium Laser vaporesection of prostate as he was on anti platelet agents. The procedure was uneventful.
