We did a PCNL on her.The initial puncture was made through mid posterior calyx.The dilatation was done with Amplatz dilators till 30 Fr and 30 Fr Amplatz sheath was inserted.
With the use of pneumatic lithotripsy complete endoscopic and fluoroscopic clearance was achieved.The surgery was concluded with the placement of 24 Fr nephrostomy tube and a 5 Fr DJ stent in situ.
