Giant Ureteric stone: Anusual presentation with relatively preserved kidney

A patient - 30 year old lady presented to us with right flank pain on and off.On evaluation she was found to have right lower ureteric calculus with moderate hydroureteronephrosis.
She was further evaluated with Intravenous Pyelography(IVP) and found to have moderate HDUN with linear long stone around 7 cm in length.

She was taken up for ureterolithotomy with Gibson's incision and the stone was removed.The 5 Fr DJ stent was kept in situ.
